Special Delivery: Hard Stock Shipping
If you had originally anticipated an order requiring Special Delivery but receive hard stock tickets prior to the event with time to ship, you may request the option to ship by doing the following:
- Choose "Hard Stock Tickets - Can Ship"
- Select an accurate ship date.
- Check the boxes to agree to the terms listed and click "Ship."

This will alert the customer and the Vivid Seats Customer Service department that an airbill is required. The order should now appear under the "Pending Vivid Action" queue.
Once the customer has confirmed their address, the order will appear in "Urgent Action Required" or "Not Shipped" (depending on the ship date indicated) and allow you to generate an airbill.
This method must only be used for hard stock tickets that are able to ship. If you intend to ship a paperless gift card, please reference the "Paperless Delivery" section.
