Delivery methods must be accurate at the time of listing, and sellers must not change the delivery method once the listing has been sold. Sellers may only change the delivery method post-sale confirmation if they are able to prove that the primary marketplace has changed the delivery method of other tickets to the same event. However, a customer who is not comfortable with the change may still request that the order be cancelled.


Only tickets that can be delivered using an approved delivery method may be listed for sale. Sellers must remove listings of any inventory that they are unable to deliver in accordance with Vivid Seats policies. 


The table below is a summary all approved delivery methods and how to list each one on Vivid Seats. Some automation providers may inform users to list differently than what is described below in order to accurately communicate the correct stock type to Vivid Seats. This is acceptable if Vivid Seats has confirmed that the listing will sell correctly as the intended delivery method.

**Tickets must be available for pick up starting one hour prior to the listed start time of the event. This must be a professional and public location within 2 miles of the venue.
