Participants in the Large Seller Program are responsible for keeping their accounts in good standing with Vivid Seats. This means upholding all requirements detailed within the Large Seller Handbook and the Vivid Seats Seller Terms and Conditions. Violating the expectations laid out in either document may lead to consequences that include, but are not limited to, one or more of the following:
- Account restrictions
- Order cancellation
- Additional charges
- Removal of individual or all listings
- Additional seller fees
- Withholding of payments
- Account suspension
- Account termination
In the event of account suspension or termination, sellers must fulfill all outstanding orders received prior to the time of the suspension or termination, unless otherwise agreed upon.
These policies are subject to change at any time. It is the responsibility of the seller to understand and abide by all changes. Updates to the Vivid Seats Seller Terms and Conditions may be announced via email, phone, or in the Large Seller Support Portal.
