Listing Disclosure: Notations on specific ticket listings that communicates important information about the tickets, such as special attributes or restrictions.
Local Pickup: Delivery method that requires the customer to pick up tickets from a pre-determined location near the venue on the day of the event.
Mobile E-Ticket: Tickets that are sent via email in a PDF format and must be scanned off of a smartphone.
Mobile Instant Download: Mobile e-tickets that are uploaded and electronically delivered immediately after the sale occurs.
Opt-In Events: Specific events that require additional verification from the seller in order to list.
Paperless Gift Card: Paperless tickets that are purchased on a gift card and can be shipped to a customer to gain that customer entrance to an event.
Paperless Tickets: Ticket format that requires the customer to produce and swipe the credit card that was used to purchase tickets from the primary market in order to gain entry to an event.
Paperless Walk-In: Delivery method that requires the customer to meet a representative of the seller, who will then swipe a credit card in order to gain the customer entry to an event.

Rejected Orders: Orders that a seller rejects prior to confirmation.
Seller Fee: The percentage of the list price that Vivid Seats deducts from every sale.
Skybox: Free, cloud-based point of sale program created and maintained by Vivid Seats.
Special Delivery: Blanket term for several ticket delivery methods, including paperless walk-in, local pickup, will call, or an in-person hand-off at the venue.
Ticket Splits: The way(s) in which a group of tickets may be divided by customers attempting to purchase from that ticket group.
Unconfirmed Orders: Orders that have not yet been auto-accepted or manually confirmed by the seller.
Undelivered Inventory Exposure Limit: The total dollar amount of unfulfilled orders that each seller account is allowed to have at any given point in time.
