In order to list tickets on Vivid Seats as a Large Seller, you must first meet the following software requirements:


All Large Sellers must use a point of sale product to manage their inventory. Some products may require Vivid Seats to change internal account settings in order to receive an inventory file. If you switch or intend to switch point of sales, please speak with your account manager to avoid potential complications. 


Large Sellers who use a point of sale that does not have built-in automation are required to use an automation product. Doing so will keep all inventory updated in real time, which will help you avoid double sales across exchanges, allow instant download listings on Vivid Seats, and support the overall performance of your Large Seller account.


Sellers must utilize a point of sale or automation product that is capable of auto-accepting all Vivid Seats orders. Failure to auto-accept orders may result in penalties as described in section 1.1.
