“Opt-in events” require additional approval to list. These events may be high value and/or come with restricted delivery methods.
Events such as the Super Bowl, Masters Golf Tournament, and Kentucky Derby are examples of opt-in events. All other events are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Approval to list for opt-in events may be determined by a seller’s ability to provide proof of purchase, delivery logistics, and overall account standing with Vivid Seats. Before being allowed to list for a particular event, sellers may be required to accept additional terms specific to that event.
Vivid Seats reserves the right to remove sellers from opt-in events at any given time with no advance notice. Removal may occur as a result of violations to the listing policy, suspicion of speculation, or problematic orders.
