All Large Sellers receive access to the Vivid Seats Broker Portal. In addition to order management, the Broker Portal contains useful tools to assist with inventory and account management.
Sellers may log in at here with the username and password provided upon account set up. These are the same credentials as what you provide your point of sale or automation product to send your inventory to Vivid Seats.
If you ever need to change your password, please proceed here to reset it. When updating your password, please remember to also update it with any software product that you use to send your inventory to Vivid Seats.
There are various tutorials available in the Large Seller Support Portal to walk you through fulfilling orders and managing your account. Please refer to these tutorials to ensure that you are fulfilling orders properly and utilizing tools that are made available to you by Vivid Seats.
