Large sellers that have a long track record with Vivid Seats are paid on delivery based on the following schedule. Payments are remitted every Wednesday in a lump sum. Orders become eligible for payment after tickets have been delivered to the customer. The eligibility of each order is dependent on the delivery method. Once an order becomes eligible for payment, it will be remitted the following Wednesday

Flash Seats, Electronic Transfer | 4 days after the customer has confirmed receipt, or the seller has submitted proof of transfer. |

Once an order becomes eligible for payment, it will be remitted the following Wednesday.
For example, if e-tickets are uploaded on a Friday, the order is eligible for payment on Saturday and the payment will be received on the following Wednesday.
For new large sellers, or if deemed necessary by Vivid Seats based on a review of a large seller, POs will become eligible for payment after the events have passed.
