How to Fulfill Email & UPS Orders
Undelivered email & UPS orders will appear under the "Not Shipped" queue, as well as "Urgent Action Required."
Orders in "Urgent Action Required" must be fulfilled immediately. If this is not possible as a result of delivery delays from the primary market, please communicate this to Seller Operations as soon as possible to avoid order cancellation.
Click "Ship" next to the order that you are ready to fulfill. Then proceed to either "Generate Airbill" or "Upload E-Tickets."
Generate Airbill:
1. Click "Generate airbill" and check the box stating that tickets are in-hand and ready to ship.
2. Click "Ship Tickets"
3. Confirmation message will appear. Click "Download airbill in PDF format" to print.
Upload E-tickets:
1. Click "Upload e-tickets"
2. Click "Upload an e-ticket file" and choose the PDF from your computer.
3. Once the file has been uploaded, click "Include" at the top of each PDF that will be used to fulfill the order, and "Exclude" for any PDFs that you do not wish to use.
4. Click "Ship tickets"
