Preferences


The "Preferences" page will allow you to temporarily put your account on hold when necessary. 


You may choose a reactivation date for when you intend to list inventory again. Please be advised that the listings in the last upload file that you send to Vivid Seats will not automatically be deactivated.


If you will not be available to fulfill your sales, please make Seller Operations aware so that your existing listings may be deactivated prior to putting your account on hold.



API


The "API" page contains the API token for your account. Some point of sales or automation providers may require an API token in order to broadcast your listings to Vivid Seats.
