If you are unsure of who your account manager is, please proceed to your Vivid Seats Broker Portal and click "Account" in the upper right hand corner. Click the "Account Settings" tab and you will see the contact information of your Account Manager.
Your designated account manager is available to assist you with general questions about your account, Vivid Seats, or the ticket industry. They are also available to assist with changes to your point of sale or automation product. Please review Large Seller Support (section 1.5) of the Vivid Seats Large Seller Handbook to ensure that you are directing your inquiry to the proper department.
