Once a Ticketmaster Electronic Transfer listing sells, you will find all necessary customer information in the Vivid Seats Broker Portal. All steps must be followed to ensure that your orders are recognized as delivered by Vivid Seats. Each step initiates varying alerts to the customer with step-by-step instructions on accepting their tickets, therefore it is crucial that fulfillment is completed in the order designated below.


If you are transferring tickets from an OSS Ticketmaster Yankees account, or through an account with another team or organization, you will still follow the same steps in the Vivid Seats Broker Portal, however, your transfer process will be conducted through that team or organization's website, rather than Ticketmaster.com.

1.)  Proceed to your Broker Portal. Locate the order you trying to fulfill by searching the Vivid Seats order number. The order can also be found in the “Not Shipped” queue of your Broker Portal.


Click on the order to proceed to the next screen, which will display order details, along with the customer’s information at the bottom of the page:

 


The customer’s name and email address will appear here. Do not exit this screen yet, as you will need to confirm that you have initiated the transfer. Do not check the box at the bottom of the page at this time. 



2.)  In a new window, proceed to your Ticketmaster or team account and locate the order you are transferring and click the “Transfer” button:





3.) Enter the customer’s email, first name, and last name from step 1. Select the tickets you are wish to transfer. You do not need to include a note for the recipient. Verify that the information you have entered matches with what is in the Vivid Seats Broker Portal.
Accept the terms of use and click “Transfer” to complete. 






4.) The next page will confirm that you have initiated the transfer. You will also receive an email confirmation from Ticketmaster. You may screenshot and save this screen at this time in order to supply a proof of transfer later in the process:







5.) Go back to the order in the Vivid Seats Broker Portal and check the box under the customer’s information. 


An option to "Upload Proof of Transfer will appear". This is an optional, but highly encouraged step that ensures timely payment. Valid proof must include the customer's email address, as well as the section and row of the tickets being transferred. If possible, include the date and time that the tickets were transferred. Please note: the file must be under 5MB and in one of the following image formats; jpg, gif, pdf, png.


Click “Confirm” to complete the order. 

It is crucial that this step is completed after a transfer has been initiated. This step notifies the customer that tickets have been transferred, while also communicating to Vivid Seats that you have fulfilled the order. Failure to complete this step may result in order cancellation, replacement, and financial penalties.
