Vivid Seats reserves the right to cut off listings for specific stock types and/or listings from specific sellers determined by delivery logistics and performance metrics.
Listing cut offs are based on individual stock types and the proximity to the listed start time of each event. The Vivid Seats delivery method associated with each cutoff is listed for your reference. These general cutoffs are in place on all events. Exceptions to these cutoffs are itemized below this chart.

The majority of events in the following categories may allow for non-instant download listings to display throughout the event. The different stock types and delivery methods extended are at Vivid Seats discretion.
Please note: Mobile and Electronic tickets that are not listed at instant download will typically be delisted at the event start time. Enabling instant download on your listings will allow them to remain up through the event.

Events, such as theater, where customers may not enter once in progress, may have all listings (including instant download) cut off at or before the listed start time.
Vivid Seats reserves the right to implement larger listing cut offs for new or smaller sellers, or sellers who have faulted on orders with specific stock types near event time.
