All tickets must allow access to the general public. Admittance may not be restricted by any of the following: 

  • Gender
  • Team preference
  • Nationality or citizenship
  • Youth/child tickets
  • Students-only sections
  • Physical capability (ADA seating must also be accessible for non-handicapped patrons)

Additional prohibited listings include:

  • Hotel rooms/accommodations
  • Flights
  • “Packages” that include tickets with “swag,” such as t-shirts and miscellaneous merchandise  
  • "Piggyback" seating that has less than 2 seats per row and/or uneven quantities of seats in each corresponding row (i.e., you cannot have a single seat in one row with another single seat behind it)
  • Vouchers that require additional action from the customer to obtain tickets (i.e., swapping voucher out at will call)
  • Any listings that fail to maintain seating pod integrity, where such seating pods are established for health reasons during an epidemic or pandemic, when mandated by the primary market
  • "Fast Lane" passes 

Vivid Seats closely monitors events for prohibited listings. Listings found to be in violation of Vivid Seats policy may be deactivated or removed without advance notice. The sale of a prohibited listing may result in one or more of the penalties described in section 1.1.
