Seat locations may be upgraded without prior notice to Vivid Seats if:

1.) The order fits the following criteria:

  • The total sale price is less than $1,000.
  • The quantity of tickets is more than one.
  • The original seat is not located in the first 10 rows from the stage or field.
  • The order is not for tickets to car or horse-racing.

AND

2.) The new seat location(s) must meet the following guidelines:

  • New seats are in the same section as the original seats, and no more than 5 rows closer.
  • New seats do not move a customer into the first 10 rows from the field or stage.
  • New seats do not move a customer from being behind or next to one team's sideline, dugout, bench, or shoots twice end, to the opposing team's side.
  • New seats do not fall under any restrictions (e.g., “Limited View,” “Alcohol-Free”) that did not also apply to the original seat location. Alternatively, new seats must still include any additional amenities (e.g., VIP access, parking passes) that were included with the original seats.

If the new seats do not meet the above criteria, sellers must submit a support ticket to obtain approval before fulfilling the order. Failure to do so may result in cancellation, and the seller will be held liable for any replacement costs. If the customer elects to keep the new tickets, the seller may be responsible for any additional compensation due to that customer.

Note: The UK requires orders to be filled with exact seats. If an upgrade is provided and the customer is unhappy with the tickets that were sent, they may be granted compensation at the seller's expense.
