Paperless Delivery Protocol

Paperless tickets is a ticket format that requires the customer to produce and swipe the credit card that was originally used to purchase tickets on the primary market in order to gain entry to an event.

Vivid Seats allows several methods for paperless delivery. The appropriate delivery method is often dependent on how the tickets were originally purchased. Please ensure that you are selecting the correct paperless delivery method in the Vivid Seats Broker Portal. 

Paperless Tickets on Credit Card

If the tickets were not purchased on a disposable gift card, you or a representative may meet the customer at the venue and escort them in by swiping the credit card used to purchase tickets.

Paperless Tickets on Prepaid Card

Some sellers may purchase paperless tickets on a prepaid gift card in order to delivery tickets to the customer. Gift cards may be shipped via FedEx or made available for local pickup on the day of the event.

Some venues may take additional security precautions on the day of the event. The seller assumes all responsibility for any issues that occur.
