Paperless Delivery: Venue Walk-In
Venue walk-in should only be selected when a representative will be escorting the customer into the event. If tickets were purchased on a prepaid gift card, please see "Paperless Tickets on Prepaid Card - Local Pickup."
- Select "Paperless Tickets - Venue Walk-In"
- Enter the name and cell phone number of the representative that will be meeting the customer, along with any location details (gate number, landmark, etc.)
- Check the boxes indicating that tickets will be available starting one hour prior and that you agree to the Vivid Seats Seller Terms and Conditions.
- Click "Ship." All information entered will be communicated to the customer.
