Local Pick Up
Choosing "Paperless Tickets on Prepaid Card - Local Pickup" will provide you with 3 different options:
- Select "On Venue Premises" if yourself or a representative will be present to hand off hard stock tickets to the customer.
- Select "FedEx Drop Off Location" if the tickets are held for pickup at a FedEx location within 2 miles of the venue.
- Select "Other" if the tickets are available for pick up at a safe and public location within 2 miles of the venue.
On Venue Premises
"On Venue Premises" must be a predetermined location within a 5 minute walk to the entrance of the venue. Do not choose this delivery method if the pick up location is not on the venue groups or if the representative is escorting the customer in.
- After selecting "Paperless Tickets on Prepaid Card - Local Pickup," select "On Venue Premises" under "Local Pick Up Options."
- Enter the name and cell phone number of the representative that will be meeting the customer, along with any location details (gate number, landmark, etc.).
- Check the boxes to agree to the terms listed & click "Ship." All information entered will be communicated to the customer.
FedEx Drop Off Location
Unsold paperless tickets on prepaid cards may be shipped to a FedEx location that allows packages to be held for pick up.
When sending tickets to a FedEx location for pick up, please confirm the following:
- Tickets are shipped to the location in the quantities that you intend to sell them. For example, if 10 tickets are on one prepaid card, they cannot be sold for any less than a quantity of 10.
- The location allows packages to be held for pick up.
- The location is within 2 miles of the venue and will open starting one hour prior to the event start time and 30 minutes after the start time.

- After selected "Paperless Tickets on Prepaid Card - Local Pickup," select "FedEx Drop Off Location" under "Local Pick Up Options"
- The pick up name will be made available. At this point, you will need to call FedEx to update the pick up name.
- Enter the name and cell phone number of your emergency contact who may assist with any issues that may arise on the day of the event.
- Enter the tracking number of the package and address of the FedEx location.
- Check the boxes to agree to the terms listed & click "Ship." All information entered will be communicated to the customer.
Other Locations
Tickets may be left for pick up at other locations that are near the venue. The location must be public, safe, and professional. Sellers may use locations such as another seller's nearby office, restaurants, or coffee shops.
- After selecting "Hard Stock Tickets - Local Pickup," select "Other" under "Local Pick Up Options"
- If the customer is picking up from a location that does not require a representative to be present, enter the name and phone number of the emergency contactwho may assist with any issues the customer may experience with their pick up on the day of the event.
- If the customer is meeting a representative at this location, enter the name and cell phone number of the representative that will be meeting them.
- If the customer is meeting a representative at this location, enter the name and cell phone number of the representative that will be meeting them.
- Enter a description and address of the location. The description should be the name of the location and any additional details the customer may need, such as the name of a restaurant and a note stating that tickets are will the hostess or that a representative will hand off tickets in front of the location.
- Check the boxes to agree to the terms listed & click "Ship." All information entered will be communicated to the customer.
