Venue Will Call
Tickets that are made available for the customer at will call must be available for pick up at least one hour prior to the event. The tickets must be located at the venue's official will call or box office. Do not choose this method if the customer will be picking up tickets near the location of the will call.
- Choose "Hard Stock Tickets - Venue Will Call."
- Enter the name and phone number of the emergency contact who may assist with any issues that may arise on the day of the event.
- If applicable, enter in any additional descriptions that may be necessary, such as specific gate number, window, or box office (if there are more than one).
- Check the boxes to agree to the terms listed & click "Ship." All information entered will be communicated to the customer.
