Your username and password is provided to you upon account setup. This is the same username and password that you would have provided to your point of sale or automation provider in order to list your inventory on Vivid Seats, as well as your login information for the Vivid Seats Broker Portal.
Update Password: If you are aware of your username, you may reset your password here or by clicking the "I forgot my password" link that is located on the login screen of the Vivid Seats Broker Portal.
Update Username: If you remember your login information, but would like to update your username, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Vivid Seats retail website and click "Account" in the upper right hand corner.
If you do not remember your username, please submit a support ticket to the Seller Services department so that they may assist.2. Click "Edit My Profile" from the left-hand sidebar.
3. Enter your new email address in the "Email Address" field. Click "Save".
