To update your credit card information, please proceed to the Vivid Seats Broker Portal and click "Account" in the upper right-hand corner. You will be directed to the "Billing" page where you will be able to update your credit card information.
If the credit card that Vivid Seats has on file is still valid, but you wish to change your primary credit card, please contact your account manager with the new credit card number to ensure that the previous card will no longer be used.
