All Large Seller Accounts are assigned a limited number of unconfirmed orders, per headliner, that they are allowed to have at any given time. Once a seller accumulates enough unconfirmed orders to hit their limit, all of their listings for that headliner will be de-listed until the orders are processed.
As soon as the unconfirmed order limit has been reached, an automated email will be sent to the seller to make them aware. Once orders have been confirmed, all listings for that headliner will automatically relist.
Sellers who auto-accept all of their orders may receive this notification as a result of one of two reasons:
1. Orders may remain unconfirmed as a result of double sales. Please see if you have comparable or upgraded inventory to fill the order. If so, follow the instructions in the Order Confirmation tutorial to confirm the order. If the inventory that you have available is not the same, or does not fit Vivid Seats replacement guidelines, please submit a support ticket with the order number and the tickets you have available.
2. If rapid fire sales occur for the same headliner, the email notification may be triggered while your point of sale or automation product is in the process of confirming orders. If this is the case, do not be alarmed. Your point of sale or automation product will catch up within minutes and your listings for that headliner will reappear.
