Listings will be deactivated if there has been no change to the upload file received by Vivid Seats over 24-48 hours. Generally, most Large Sellers will have updated their listings in some way during this time span. This may be a change in available inventory, price, or quantity. If there has not been an update to the inventory, an issue may have occurred with the seller. Listings will be deactivated to prevent double sales.
Common issues are:
- Server crash
- Updating Vivid Seats username and/or password without communicating the change to the point of sale or automation provider
- Power outage
- Other scenarios that may impact a seller's ability to manage their listings
- Sellers with a small number of listings that are not updated as frequently
If you are aware that you have not updated your listings in awhile, please change the price of a listing by a dollar. This will trigger a new upload file to Vivid Seats.
If you have updated your listings recently and are still receiving this notification, please ensure that yourself or an employee has not updated your Vivid Seats credentials recently. If your credentials have not been updated, please reach out to your point of sale or automation provider to ensure that they do not see any issues on their end.
Please reach out to your account manager if it appears that the issue may be on Vivid Seats' end.
