In-hand dates should not be less than 7 calendar days out from an event. In-hand dates can be pushed within 7 days of event date if we obtain delivery delay proof from the primary. If no in-hand date is specified in the listing file, or if the specified in-hand date has passed, the listing will display as being in-hand. A missing in-hand date will result in the in-hand date being the day of sale.
In-hand dates closer to the day of the event are acceptable only for Special Delivery listings, and specific teams, venues, or events that are subject to delivery delays from the primary market box office.
