Airbills can be generated through the Vivid Seats Broker Portal by finding the order that you are ready to ship under the "Not Shipped" queue. Clicking "Generate Airbill" will provide you with a link to download the airbill in a PDF format. Once you have generated an airbill, the order will move to the "Completed" queue of your Broker Portal. Please view this tutorial for additional details on generating airbills.
Airbills must only be generated if tickets are in-hand and ready to ship. Generating airbills prematurely may result in order cancellation. Please review the policies in section 5.3 of the Large Seller Handbook.
