If you need to reprint or re-download an airbill, it is not necessary to submit a support ticket to obtain one. Airbills can be re-downloaded by locating the order through the Vivid Seats Broker Portal. If an airbill was previously generated, the order should appear in the "Completed" queue. Additionally, you may use the search box on the left-hand sidebar to search for the order by the Vivid Seats order number.
Click on the order once you have found it. In the order details, click the link that states "Download Airbill".
