Tickets that are available for email delivery, but were not available for instant download at the time of a sale, must be uploaded through the Vivid Seats Broker Portal once the PDF files are made available.


Proceed to the "Not Shipped" queue of your Broker Portal and find the order that you are ready to upload tickets to. Click "Upload e-tickets" and choose the PDF file from your computer. The Broker Portal will prompt you to select the seats that you wish to include in your upload. You will not be able to fulfill the sale until you have clicked "Include" on each PDF that is required for the sale.  You may click "Exclude" on any tickets in your PDF file that you do not wish to use for the sale. Once you have chosen the correct seat(s), click "Ship tickets" and the tickets will be emailed to the customer. Additional details can be found in this tutorial


*Some automation products are able to manage and deliver PDF's to existing Vivid Seats sales once the PDF's have been made available by specific primary marketplaces. Enabling this feature with your automation product may eliminate the need to manually upload PDF's through the Vivid Seats Broker Portal, but it is still advised to check the "Not Shipped" queue of your Vivid Seats Broker Portal with frequency to ensure that sales are fulfilled. Please reach out to your automation provider to see if this is a functionality that they are able to enable.
