For security reasons, the Vivid Seats Broker Portal will only allow the same number of PDFs as the quantity of tickets sold. For example, if you sell a 4-pack of tickets, you will only be able to upload 4 pages of PDFs.
There may be instances where a sale requires additional PDF's (i.e., including a parking pass, multi-day events). For these sales, please email the appropriate PDF files to brokers@vividseats.com, along with the order number in the subject line.
