Yes, Vivid Seats allows both Electronic Transfer and Mobile E-ticket listings. 


Electronic Transfer tickets must be deliverable via Ticketmaster Electronic Transfer or team/organization-specific accounts. Once a sale is received, you must transfer tickets from your Ticketmaster or team/organization account to the customer's account. 


Mobile E-tickets must be in PDF format and should be uploaded the same way as traditional Email Delivery tickets.
