When tickets sell as "Special Delivery", you will be provided with numerous options in the Vivid Seats Broker Portal for that sale. This includes, but is not limited to local pickup (i.e. at your office or another safe location near the venue, a StubHub LMS, FedEx Print and Ship Center), in-person hand-off, Flash Seats, and paperless tickets. All pick up options must be located within 2 miles to the venue. To ensure that your listings sell with "Special Delivery" as the delivery method, you must list your tickets as "Hard Stock" with an in-hand date that is the same day as the event.
Due to the issues that may occur with Special Delivery orders, sellers must only use this delivery method if it is the only option available. Please review section 5.6 of the Large Seller Handbook for all policies regarding Special Delivery orders.
