Pick up locations should not be disclosed to the customer until after their order has been placed. Do not include names, addresses, or phone numbers associated with a pick up location.
During checkout, the customer is made aware of what a Special Delivery may entail. Once your tickets sell, you may enter delivery instructions through the Vivid Seats Broker Portal. As long as your pick up location follows all protocols detailed in section 5.6 of the Large Seller Handbook, Vivid Seats will communicate with the customer if they are unhappy with the location.
If the pick up location does not fall into Vivid Seats requirements, you must not attempt to include disclosures to communicate that a location is outside of 2 miles, in a different city, or only available during a certain time frame.
