After receiving a sale for a Special Delivery order, you will need to complete pick up instructions through the Vivid Seats Broker Portal. Everything that is entered into the Broker Portal will be communicated to the customer.
Each Special Delivery method will require different information. If tickets will not be delivered until the day of the event, it is critical that the instructions uploaded are clear and concise. Please do not enter incomplete addresses, or unclear directions (such as "Details TBD", or "Call me to arrange").
