The "Local Agent Name" and "Local Agent Number" will vary depending on the Special Delivery method.
If the customer is meeting you or your representative on the day of the event, this should be the name and cell phone number of who the customer will be meeting.
If the customer must pick up tickets from will call, or a local pickup location, the name and phone number should belong to you or someone from your office that will be available on the day of the event to assist with any pickup issues that the customer may have.
*If a Vivid Seats customer reaches out to you prior to the event with questions about their order, please politely inform them that they must contact the company that they purchased tickets from. Afterwards, please submit a support ticket with the order number and a brief summary of the customer's inquiry.
