"Flash Seats" will only appear as a Special Delivery option if the venue uses Flash Seats as a delivery method. There are new venues and events utilizing Flash Seats that may not be registered in the system yet.

If you run into this issue, please submit a support ticket with the order number(s) in question. Your orders will be updated to allow Flash Seats transfer.
