Vivid Seats guarantees that tickets will be available for pick up until 30 minutes after the listed start time of the event. The seller, or their representative, is not required to stay at the location to wait for the customer if it is 30 minutes past the listed start time of the event. 


While it is not necessary, you may submit a support ticket to inform Vivid Seats that the customer did not pick up their tickets, in the event the customer contacts Vivid Seats.
