Vivid Seats will only update a seller's in-hand date at the seller's request, or (at times) for events that have delivery delays.
If the in-hand date for the order is the same day as when the sale occurred, this means that an in-hand date was not provided when tickets were listed, or the in-hand date specified has already passed.
If you are confident that you had set a later in-hand date when listing your inventory, please follow up with your point of sale and/or automation provider to determine if there is an issue with your in-hand dates transferring to Vivid Seats.
In the meantime, please submit a support ticket with the order number and the expected in-hand date so that it may be updated.
