UPS is the default delivery method with Vivid Seats. Inventory will only display as email delivery for one of two reasons: 

  • The stock type was set as email delivery in the seller's point of sale. 
  • The seller created a "Email" Delivery Rule in the Vivid Seats Broker Portal for a event, headliner, or venue.

Often times, sellers will create "Email" Delivery Rules for specific teams and overlook this rule once a new season has started. If you are experiencing this issue, please ensure that the Delivery Rules in your Broker Portal are accurate.
