Vivid Seats will contact the seller via phone or email when a customer accepts a replacement option. If the order is cancelled and/or replaced with other inventory, the seller will receive an email that makes them aware of the cancellation & the charges incurred.
Some replacement options may be accepted by Vivid Seats on behalf of the customer, while some replacements may require customer consent.
When offering replacement tickets, please ensure that your offer fits the criteria in section 7.2 of the Large Seller Handbook. It is assumed that the replacement tickets offered will be your best and final offer. If replacement options do not fit this criteria & comparable inventory is available, the order may be cancelled and replaced.
