View your payment details by clicking "Account" in the upper right hand corner of your Vivid Seats Broker Portal and then select the "Payments" tab.
Click "Details" next to the payment that you are researching. The very last page will display any credits and deductions. Both credits and deductions will state "CREDIT" next to the amount. Amounts that are displayed in parentheses are deductions, while credits will be displayed without parentheses.
The total amount withheld will always be inclusive of the original payout amount. If the original payout has not been remitted at the time of an order cancellation, the order will be paid out and then withheld on the same payment.
