If your records indicate that you have not been paid on a specific order, this may be caused by the following: 

  • The order is not yet eligible for payment. Please click here for more information on the payment schedule. 
  • You may have deductions on your account that exceed the payment that is due. This may occur if you sold numerous orders for an event that was recently cancelled, or you recently experienced order issues that resulted in deductions. 

If the order was delivered via Flash Seats transfer:
  • Flash Seats orders are eligible for payment 4 days after a customer has confirmed with Vivid Seats that they have received Flash Seats. This is not the same as claiming tickets on FlashSeats.com. If you wish to expedite payment eligibility, please forward along the email confirmation from Flash Seats that you receive when initiating a Flash Seats transfer. You many also send a screencap from your transfer history confirming the transfer. The order will be moved to "Delivered" and the order will be eligible for payment in 4 days.
