Vivid Seats allows StubHub LMS as a pick up location as long as the location meets all Vivid Seats requirements for a local pick up location. Policies are detailed in section 5.6 of the Large Seller Handbook.
In order to leave tickets for a Vivid Seats customer at StubHub LMS, you will need to do the following:
- Find the order in your Vivid Seats Broker Portal. Select "Hard Stock Tickets - Local Pickup" and then select "StubHub LMS Location".
- StubHub will require the customer's name, phone number, and email address. Upon selecting "StubHub LMS Location", this information will be provided to you. Do not enter delivery instructions at this point in time.
- Set up a 3rd party StubHub LMS pick up by using StubHub's LMS Tool. Some sellers are able to set up 3rd party pick up's without using the LMS tool. This is acceptable as well.
- Once the pick up has been set up, you will be provided with a StubHub order ID number. This order ID will be required for pick up.
- Go back to the Vivid Seats Broker Portal. Enter in the local agent name and number (an emergency contact from your office), the StubHub order ID number that was provided to you, and the address of the LMS location.
