Tickets should only be listed as Electronic Transfer if they are mobile tickets that can be transferred from your Ticketmaster/team/venue/primary market account to the customer. This delivery method should only be used if it is the only method in which you are able to deliver tickets. If you are able to deliver tickets via email or UPS, Electronic Transfer should not be used until (in the case of UPS) you are no longer able to ship.
Do not list your tickets as Electronic Transfer if:
•Tickets are not mobile tickets and/or can be delivered in an alternate delivery method (PDF, hard stock tickets, paperless)
•You intend to fulfill tickets with PDF's of mobile tickets
•Tickets are non-transferrable
•Tickets are Flash Seats or paperless
