The State of Vermont has banned the resale of event tickets for more than 110% of the total price of the original ticket (including taxes and fees) at certain independent venues if: (A) the seating capacity of the venue is 3,000 individuals or fewer; (B) the event is to be held at a nonprofit venue that hosts agricultural fairs, exhibitions, or multi-day community events in addition to live performances; or (C) the venue is primarily used for collegiate or amateur sports. By listing a ticket for an event located at any such independent venue in Vermont on the Vivid Seats marketplace, the seller represents that the total price of such ticket (including taxes and fees) does not exceed this legal threshold.
