Vivid Seats allows sellers to list the following delivery methods:
UPS Shipping: Hard stock tickets.
Instant Download*: PDF e-tickets.
Email Delivery: PDF e-tickets.
Special Delivery: Hard stock tickets that can no longer ship and/or require day of show pick up.- Venue Will Call
- Local Office Pickup (within 2 miles of the venue)
- StubHub LMS
- In-person hand-off on venue premise
Flash Seats: Tickets will be transferred to the customer through FlashSeats.com.
Mobile E-Ticket: PDF's of mobile tickets.
Paperless Card UPS: Paperless tickets purchased on a prepaid credit card that can be shipped to the customer.
Paperless Walk-In: Paperless tickets that will require the customer to meet the seller or their agent at the venue in order to be swiped in for entry.
It is the responsibility of the seller to ensure that inventory is listed with the appropriate delivery method. Once a sale occurs, the customer is guaranteed tickets in the section, row, and delivery method that they agreed to upon checkout. Requests to change the delivery method on existing sales may result in a cancelled sale if the customer is unwilling to accept the change. Please review section 5 of the Large Seller Handbook to ensure that the delivery methods you are attempting to list are within Vivid Seats policies and protocols.
