All Special Delivery orders will provide the option of "Upload e-tickets" and "Hard Stock Tickets - Can Ship" (if there is enough time to ship).
If you have PDF tickets, you may choose "Upload e-tickets" and fulfill the order in the same manner that you would for an order that requires PDF uploads (see tutorial here).
If you require an airbill to ship your tickets, you may choose "Hard Stock Tickets - Can Ship". This will make both the customer and Vivid Seats aware that an airbill is required. Once the customer confirms their shipping address, you will be able to generate an airbill in your Broker Portal. Please see the full tutorial here.
Do not choose "Hard Stock Tickets - Can Ship" if tickets will be shipped on a paperless pre-paid gift card. If you must ship a paperless card, please follow the tutorial here.
